We cater to individuals with Huntington's Disease, Multiple Sclerosis, Motor Neurone Disease, long-term mental health issues, acquired brain injuries, and mild learning disabilities.
Our purpose-built home features 20 comfortable en-suite bedrooms spread across two floors, all fully wheelchair accessible for ease and convenience. The heart of our home is a stunning, accessible courtyard garden, providing a tranquil space for residents to connect with nature, relax, or participate in our engaging activities, fostering a sense of community and promoting a connection to the outdoors.
At Wallacetown Gardens, we prioritise residents' choices and independence. Our dedicated team works closely with residents and families to create personalised care plans that prioritise well-being, maximise independence, and create a sense of purpose in every phase of life. We utilise bespoke activity planners to design stimulating programs tailored to individual needs and interests, empowering residents to rediscover their passions and maintain a sense of control over their daily lives.
Wallacetown Gardens boasts a minibus, which facilitates regular outings and exploration of the surrounding area. Additionally, our close proximity to sister homes, Whiteford House and Heathfield House, allows residents to connect and build meaningful relationships with others in a supportive environment.
