The Mulberry Suite offers both residential and nursing care depending on individual needs. Our qualified nursing team is available on-site 24 hours a day, with support fully tailored to each client following regular assessments.
What's the difference between residential and nursing care?
Residential care provides clients with support with day to day living such as preparing meals, personal care, or mobility. Nursing care includes clinical care and support which is delivered by qualified Nursing staff who are able to assist with more complex medical needs.
Can family and friends visit?
Yes, we actively encourage visits from family and friends, whether it’s to enjoy a meal together or take part in one of the many activities within the home.
Do you offer respite care?
Yes, we offer short term respite stays subject to availability. This can be a helpful option for those transitioning from Hospital or clients considering longer term care.
What are the rooms like?
All rooms within the Mulberry Suite have been thoughtfully designed from the ground up with comfort in mind, creating bright, welcoming spaces that residents can truly make their own.
What if my care needs change over time?
Clients care needs are regularly assessed both by informal chats or check ins as well as regular meetings to discuss care plans with clients and families. This allows staff to provide the approprate level of care and support for our clients and adapt to any changes appropriatly.
